Breland earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Social Work degrees from Winthrop University. She has experience with active service members & veterans, college students, families, and adolescents. She is passionate about partnering with individuals on their therapeutic journey in order to reach their desired goals.
Breland takes a person-first, solution-focused, strengths-based approach and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy as she works alongside clients. Specialties include anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, PTSD, coping skills, grief, trauma, and other concerns.
