At Palmetto Counseling Services we understand that the current COVID-19 pandemic may impact you or your loved one’s mental health and are taking special precautions to keep everyone in our offices safe.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and maintain the safety and well-being of clients and staff, Palmetto Counseling will begin offering TeleHealth/Secure Video Conferencing services as an alternative to traditional, face-to-face therapy sessions. We have received formal notice from most of the major Health Insurance Companies allowing us to provide and receive reimbursement for TeleHealth services. TeleHealth services will allow clients the option for secure video conferencing and to continue counseling services from the convenience of your home.

Starting Monday 3/30/2020, our practice will transition to TeleHealth services for all appointments. While our physical locations in Rock Hill and Fort Mill will be closed, our office staff and administrative support will be available by calling 803-329-9639 or by emailing us using the form to the right.

To get started with TeleHealth services, please complete the following:

  1. Review, complete, sign and return PCC Telehealth Informed Consent form to your therapist.
  2. Visit DoxyMe website https://doxy.me/patients to sign up/register and complete your personal profile. DoxyMe is secure, HIPAA compliant and free to download/register and use.
  3. Or, check your email for invitation link to DoxyMe sent by your therapist to begin your TeleHealth session.

As you are aware, the situation is rather fluid and may change, but we will do everything we can to ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and clients and to be available to you during this time.
