For active clients of Palmetto Counseling who are experiencing an urgent, clinical emergency and the office is closed, you may reach Palmetto’s On-Call Therapist at (803) 517-3880.

Please leave your name, telephone number, and a brief message so the On-Call Therapist can assist you. For non-urgent concerns, please contact the office by filing out this form.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
