For active clients of Palmetto Counseling who are experiencing an urgent, clinical emergency and the office is closed, you may reach Palmetto’s On-Call Therapist at (803) 517-3880.

Please leave your name, telephone number, and a brief message so the On-Call Therapist can assist you. For non-urgent concerns, please contact the office at (803) 329-9639. Our business office hours are 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday or please leave us a voice mail message.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

In addition, contact the National Suicide Prevention Hotline # 1-800-273-8255, 1-800-784-2433, or Text 741741 to speak with a skilled, trained counselor at a national crisis center 24/7/365.
